The Palau de la Música de València hosted yesterday the exaltation of Marta Mercader Roig as Fallera Mayor Infantil de València 2026, an act that every year excites in a special way the fallero world.

The auditorium, full of commissions and families, witnessed how the maximum child representative of the festival took the first official step towards the Fallas of 2026.

The evening was marked by the presence of the children and their families.

The evening was marked by the tenderness and illusion of age, without sacrificing the solemnity that protocol demands. The applause, the speeches and the affection of her Court of Honor accompanied Marta on a night that will remain engraved in her memory and in the memory of all those present.

The highlight came with the entrance of the protagonist to the stage, dressed in the "Fallera Mayor Infantil de Valencia" espolín that Vives y Marí has had, once again this year, the privilege of weaving. The fabric is made on warp of three strands of natural silk in crystalline blue tone and has 31 different wefts: a cotton weft that arms the background, three metals, 26 wefts of natural silk that give color to flowers and leaves, and a weft of nobility.

Crystalline blue was Marta's choice, a hue that evokes the purity and luminosity of dawn. Fresh, delicate and full of life, the color perfectly reflects the essence of our Fallera Mayor Infantil. The floral composition, woven with exquisite silk weaves, completes an ensemble that -like Marta- radiates joy, elegance and a light of its own that exalts the Valencian tradition.
