Daniela Guzzardo, was proclaimed Bellesa del Foc Infantil 2015 last Friday May 15 in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento de Alicante, premiering her Official Espolín, work of Vives and Marí. The Federación de les Fogueres de Sant Joan wanted to trust one more year in our firm for the weaving of the Espolín de la Bellesa Infantil and its second official costume.
The Espolín carries the drawing “Fogueres de Sant Joan”, exclusive of the City Council of Alicante for four years. It is warped in Heliotrope Purple, has a width of 54 centimeters, approximately 40 weft colors and two types of metals: lime gold and silver.
For Daniela was also woven the Lampas de Seda with which her second official costume was made, which the little girl will debut at the Proclamation of the Bellesa del Foc the following day. This silk carries the drawing Princess on a base Baby Pink, 12 colors of weft and silver.
In addition, we had the pleasure of making the fabrics of the six Infant Ladies of Daniela, who at the Proclamation wore a brocade with the drawing Montemar, pearl gray background and gold metal.
For our firm the Proclamation of the Bellesa del Foc Infantil marked a very important moment, being that the maintainer of the act was Juanvi Aznar Soler, administrator of Vives y Marí, for his collaboration with the Alicante party for many years.
The making of the costumes, both the Bellesa Infantil and her Maids of Honor, has been in charge of the costume designer Miguel Ramos.
