One more year, the company Vives y Marí collaborates with the City of Valencia to dress its top representatives. For this occasion we have knitted the 13 meters of the espolín that our fallera mayor from Valencia Berta Peiró García premiered on the occasion of her solemn exaltation, last night at the Palau de la Música.

The espolín, being made manually, allows you to choose the colors and details of each motif independently, even if it is symmetrical and repeated throughout the fabric. On this occasion, apart from the Vives y Marí design team, our Fallera Mayor has collaborated with our personal taste.
The chosen background color has the name "Melanzane" a deep tone and very rich in nuances. A blend of purple and brown that can vary in intensity, from a lighter, softer shade to a darker, almost black shade. It is an elegant and sophisticated colour that is associated with creativity and originality, evoking mystery and luxury. It combines well with light shades such as white, gray, beige and the like, as well as with more vibrant tones such as gold, providing warmth and distinction.
