Carmen Sancho de Rosa, Fallera Mayor of Valencia 2014, for the armed forces has worn a spur made in Vives y Marí and made by the clothing firm Albaes.
At the Tribute to the Armed Forces, one of the most striking events in the reign of a Fallera Mayor of Valencia, Carmen Sancho de Rosa has expressed to the maximum her exquisite taste when it comes to dress, wearing a Espolín by Vives y Marí and made by Albaes Indumentaria Valenciana.
The Espolín, in Burgundy tone, has the Louis XV pattern and a 64-color weft to which are added two metals, gold and silver bresados, while the relief of the leaves has been obtained thanks to the combination of three shades of different greens.
The skirt has been combined with an 18th century long-sleeved bodice in the same shade as the warp, decorated with covered buttons and ruffles at the waist in the shape of petals.
For our firm it has been an honor to weave such an exclusive fabric for one of the most special moments of Carmen's reign.
