Vives y Marí has introduced in its website its own AI-powered virtual assistant, designed specifically for the traditional Valencian attire sector. Unlike generic assistants, this tool connects directly to the firm's historical archive of designs, the colour card for the current collection, a frequently asked questions database, internal procedures and the content published on the firm's website.

An assistant trained on the firm's own knowledge

The new virtual assistant from Vives y Marí is not a generic solution. While most tools of this kind respond with general information, the firm's assistant accesses in real time a body of knowledge built over decades.

This tool is part of the modernisation process that Vives y Marí has been developing across its communication channels and tools. An update that applies exclusively to the way the firm engages with its surroundings — clients, collaborators, professionals in the sector — and that does not affect, nor intends to affect, the artisan process that is the heart of the company: the nineteenth-century wooden looms are still running, and every espolín continues to require between 500 and 900 hours of work by hand.
